Opening yang baik akan mendapatkan perhatian dari audience atau lawan bicara kita sehingga lebih mudah masuk ke dalam content dan tujuan presentasi kita.<\/p>\n<p>Ada beberapa teknik opening untuk mendapatkan perhatian antara lain :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Teknik Memperkenalkan Diri<\/strong><br \/>\nJika kita cukup percaya diri dengan background kepribadian kita misalnya punya pendidikan tinggi, punya pengalaman, memiliki banyak success story kita dapat memulai presentasi dengan memperkenalkan siapa kita dan menceritakan succes story kita. Teknik ini biasanya dilakukan apabila kita menjadi pembicara sebuah topik seminar, motivasi, dll yang membutuhkan kepercayaan audience tentang siapa yang memberikan materi. Untuk presentation selling kurang cocok menggunakan teknik ini.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Quote<\/strong><br \/>\nMenampilkan quote dari orang-orang yang terkenal dengan design yang menarik juga dapat membantu audience maupun lawan bicara kita saat interview untuk fokus ke hal yang kita sampaikan. Kita akan mudah mengambil hati orang apabila orang berpikir bahwa kita humoris atau memiliki selera humor yang baik. Yang perl diperhatikan jangan sampai anecdote kita garing dan tidak sesuai dengan tingkat humor audience, hal ini malah sangat berbahaya untuk mengawali presentasi.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Show of Hand<\/strong><br \/>\nMengajukan pertanyaan simple yang sesuai topik presentasi dan meminta audience menjawab dengan mengangkat tangannya meupakan teknik opening yang cukup mudah dan efektif. Orang akan penasaran dengan konten presentasi kita dan apa hubunganya dengan pilihan mereka mengangkat tangan di awal.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Play Game or Magic<\/strong><br \/>\nApabila kita cukup menguasai panggung dan cukup memiliki jam terbang, di suasana presentasi yang lebih santai kita dapat mengawali dengan permainan atau sulap bahkan jika kita bisa. Membuat peserta menerima hadiah kecil juga akan<\/li>\n<li><strong>Silence, Smile, Deep Breath<\/strong><br \/>\nAda kalanya ketika kita tidak bisa menghandle audience karena terlalu banyak atau faktor apapun, diam sesaat, tersenyum dan menarik nafas dalam-dalam kemudian melepaskan sapaan dengan lantang dan bersemangat dapat menjadi pilihan untuk diperhatikan audience.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Greeting<\/strong><br \/>\nSalam sesuai dengan waktu atau sapaan menjadi opening yang standart namun aman, tidak salah sebenarnya hanya membuka presentasi hanya dengan sapaan, hanya saja kurang berkesan namun aman.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shocking Statment<\/strong><br \/>\nMengambil kutipan tentang fakta atau data yang membuat orang kaget dan mempersiapkan fakta mengejutkan yang sesuai dengan produk atau layanan yang akan kita jual di content dan selling adalah salah satu teknik terbaik presentation untuk selling. Hal ini akan saya bahas khusus di postingan selanjutnya dengan 1 opening rule setelah ini.<\/li>\n<li><strong>3 Statement<\/strong><br \/>\nMembuka dengan statment perulangan 3 hal yang sesuai dengan konteks akan mudah diingat dan menarik orang untuk menyimak, misalnya :<br \/>\n&#8211; Teknologi Menjadi Kebutuhan Mendasar dalam Hidup<br \/>\n&#8211; Teknologi Kini ada di setiap hal dalam kehidupan<br \/>\n&#8211; Teknologi Tak dapat lagi dipandang sebagai hal yang remeh<br \/>\ndari 3 statment di atas kita mengulang 3x teknologi, maka orang atau audience kita akan terbantu memahami konten presentasi kita tentang teknologi.
