Hari pertama materi pertama dalah tentang menelepon customer atau calon customer yang singkatnya disebut <em><strong>Call Action !!!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ada beberapa step yang dapat kita pelajari untuk menelepon customer atau calon customer, tentunya komunikasi yang baik menimbulkan relasi yang baik dan endingnya pasti Closing Penjualan \ud83d\ude42 Ada beberapa step yang saya pelajari kali ini :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Rencanakan Call Action !!!<\/strong><br \/>\nTahap pertama dari sebuah call action pastinya adalah perencanaan. Ya segala sesuatu pasti harus direncanakan dengan baik apapun itu. Hal apa sajakah yang perlu kita rencanakan dalam membuat sebuah call action :<br \/>\n<em><strong>&#8211; Kapan ?<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nRencanakan waktu call action sebaik-baiknya, dan pastikan customer atau calon customer kita pada posisi yang dapat menerima telepon dan penjelasan dari kita dengan baik, Apabila tidak dapat atau customer sedang sibuk pastikan membuat janji untuk telepon berikutnya.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_49\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-49\" style=\"width: 653px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-49\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dionajipradipta.com\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/planning.jpg\" alt=\"Account Manager : Call Action !!!\" width=\"653\" height=\"339\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.dionajipradipta.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/planning.jpg 653w, https:\/\/www.dionajipradipta.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/planning-300x156.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 653px) 100vw, 653px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-49\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Account Manager : Call Action !!!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><em><strong>&#8211; Target Customer<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nYang dimaksud sebagai target call action customer ini adalah, kita perlu tau informasi mendasar target customer kita mulai dari Nama, Jabatan, atau minimal ada di bagian apa orang tersebut bekerja. Lebih baik lagi apabila kita mengetahui apakah orang yang kita hubungi merupakan orang yang memiliki wewenang untuk mengambil keputusan atau tidak.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Perkenalan Pertama<\/strong><br \/>\nRamah ! Sopan ! itu adalah hal yang mutlak ketika kita menghubungi customer atau calon customer, karena kesan dalam komunikasi sangatlah penting untuk memulai step selanjutnya. Ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan pada pembicaraan awal :<br \/>\n<em><strong>&#8211; Sapaan<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nApabila baru pertama kali melakukan hubungan telepon pastikan menggunakan sapaan yang formal dan sopan sepert &#8220;Selamat Pagi\/Siang\/Sore Pak\/Bu !&#8221; Apabila customer telah memiliki kedekatan personal dapat pula kita memberikan sapaan &#8220;Apa Kabar ?&#8221;, dll untuk berbasa-basi mencairkan suasana<br \/>\n<em><strong>&#8211; Perkenalan<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nMenyebutkan identitas diri sangatlah penting apabila kita seorang account manager yang baru , atau kita menggantikan kontak account manager lama, Namun saya sendiri merasa perlu menyebutkan minimal nama dan istitusi saya bekerja di setiap telepon, Karena kadang kita menghubungi fixed telp yang tidak tercantum nama peneleponnya maupun mengantisipasi nomor kita tidak dikenali oleh customer kita.<br \/>\n<em><strong>&#8211; Nada Bicara \/ Intonasi \/ Gaya Bahasa<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nKarena melalui telepon customer tidak dapat melihat gesture dan pembawaan kita untuk meyakinkan, satu-satunya cara untuk meyakinkan customer adalah melalui cara kita berbicara, maka nada bicara yang jelas haruslah dikuasai, intonasi dan penekanan akan hal-hal penting juga diperlukan, gaya bahasa tentu setiap orang memiliki style nya masing-masing namun dengan kepekaan tertentu kita dapat mengetahui gaya bahasa mana yang membuat customer nyaman.<br \/>\n<em><strong>&#8211; Closing Statement<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nJangan pernah menutup telepon tanpa kejelasan step selanjutnya, mulai dari kapan kita bisa menghubungi yang bersangkutan kembali, kapan kita dapat keputusan akan sebuah janji, hingga penjadwalan ulang untuk komunikasi lanjutan.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Memasarkan Produk &amp; Solusi<\/strong><br \/>\nSebenarnya inti dari call action ini tak lain dan tak bukan adalah memasarkan produk atau solusi dari perusahaan bukan ? Jadi disinilah inti dari call action itu sendiri , hal-hal yang harus diperhatikan antara lain :<br \/>\n<em><strong>&#8211; Jelas &amp; Tidak Bertele-tele !<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nFokus dan menghargai waktu customer saat berkomunikasi adalah hal yang mutlak, tidak betele-tela meskipun juga harus memperhatikan sisi humanisme customer.<br \/>\n<em><strong>&#8211; Persiapkan Konsep &amp; Kebutuhan<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nBukan saatnya memberikan semua pricelist ke customer dan emminta customer untuk memilih sendiri produk kita. Perencanaan akan apa yang akan kita tawarkan klien, sesuai kebutuhan atau tidak, atau merupakan produk lanjutan dari produk yang sebelumnya dibeli oleh customer kita.<br \/>\n<em><strong>&#8211; Produk ?<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nProduk atau program yang kita tawarkan tentunya yang ada di perusahaan atau institusi kita, sesuai dengan prioritas yang biasanya diberikan oleh divisi sales dan marketing.<br \/>\n<em><strong>&#8211; Solusi ?\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nSolusi biasanya penawaran yang diberikan karena kita sebagai account manager melihat adanya celah kebutuhan dari kendala yang dihadapi oleh customer.<br \/>\n<em><strong>&#8211; &#8220;Haram&#8221; menggunakan istilah MENAWARKAN<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nSaat ini orang atau customer sudah mulai defensif atau mengindari telepon yang menggunakan kata MENAWARKAN jadi dapat diganti menggunakan istilah MENYAMPAIKAN INFORMASI, MEMPERKENALKAN, dll<\/li>\n<li><strong>Menggali Kebutuhan<\/strong><br \/>\nGali kebutuhan customer, sehingga tepat sasaran dan menghemat waktu. Mengumpulkan data customer mulai dari fakta-fakta terupdate, bahkan hingga teknologi yang digunakan. Namun yang harus diingat dalam mendengar keluhan adalah kita tidak boleh &#8220;Sok Tau&#8221; , menampung semua keluhan dan mencari tau solusinya.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Closing Step<\/strong><br \/>\nTidak meninggalkan telepon atau closing call tanpa kepastian hubungan berikutnya, memastikan jadwal telepon selanjutnya apabila delay, memastikan jadwal jawaban atas penawaran, dll<\/li>\n<li><strong>Membuat Janji<\/strong><br \/>\nDalam membuat janji pastikan hal-hal mendasar seperti jadwal waktu ( detail hingga tanggal, jam, dll ) , lokasi , person, dll<\/li>\n<li><strong>Negosiasi<\/strong><br \/>\nBersiap untuk negosiasi, hampir tidak ada penawaran tanpa negosiasi, untuk itu mempelajari rule perusahaan tentang pricelist , produk pendukung, fasilitas, dll mutlak diperlukan sebagai senjata negosiasi dengan customer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Bagaimana ? Sudah lebih mengerti ?
